The strengths and challenges of neurodiversity

Do you have ADHD (Attention Deficiet Hyperactivity Disorder), dyslexia, dyspraxia, or an autism spectrum condition and want to learn more about what it means to you?

Or are you beginning to explore why your experiences feel aligned with these words?

You're not alone, and you've come to the right place.

Many talented equestrian professionals have spent years wondering why some parts of everyday life seem so much easier whilst other aspects feel harder than they should. Do you overthink conversations, feel overwhelmed by some environments, whilst underwhelmed in others, struggle to get going or to switch off, or to settle and self-regualate?

Do you thrive under pressure but burn out afterwards? Feel as though you're always working harder than everyone else or always looking for the next thing to keep the highs coming and the lows less low?

Neurodiversity Coaching

Person centred expert coaching for people with and without diagnosis. Shaped around the challenges you would like to explore, building on the strengths and the goals you would like to achieve.

Awareness Training

Most workplaces are built for just one type of thinker. Our training helps teams understand how brains with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, or dyspraxia experience work. Instead of trying to fix people, we share simple improvements to communication and environments; unlocking the unique creative and problem-solving strengths a mix of minds brings to the table.

Co-Coaching & Team Coaching

We can also apply our coaching approach to groups of two to twenty. For example, improving the confidence, trust and mutual understanding between an individual and their line manager, or the dynamic within a team.
